Question 1

Where is WorkHub based?

Accepted Answer

WorkHub is a Cyprus-based engineering company, operating since 2015. We work with clients across the EU and beyond, fully remote.

Question 2

Can WorkHub deploy AI on our own infrastructure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We deploy LLMs, RAG pipelines, and custom AI agents on-premise, in a private cloud, or as a managed hybrid. All sensitive data stays on your hardware — we never require sending it to third-party LLM APIs.

Question 3

What is the difference between Sofi AI Assistant and AI Integration services?

Accepted Answer

Sofi is our end-user product — a multi-agent AI assistant available at ai.work-hub.online. AI Integration is our service offering: we design and ship custom AI pipelines, agents, and tooling for your specific business processes.

Question 4

What technologies does WorkHub use?

Accepted Answer

For web: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind. For AI: Python, Ollama, LangChain, custom LLM pipelines (Qwen, Llama, fine-tuned models). For infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, dedicated GPU servers.

Question 5

Do you work with clients outside Cyprus?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We serve clients across the EU and globally. All engagements are fully remote with regular sync calls. We have experience with English, Russian, and Ukrainian-speaking teams.

Question 6

How long does a typical AI integration take?

Accepted Answer

Pilot AI integrations ship in 4–6 weeks. Full production deployments with custom training and monitoring typically run 8–12 weeks. We start every engagement with a fixed-scope discovery phase so timelines are predictable.

Question 7

How do you handle data privacy and GDPR?

Accepted Answer

All AI workloads can be deployed entirely on your infrastructure with no external data transfer. We sign DPAs, support EU-based hosting, and design pipelines that keep PII out of model context windows where possible.
